We were in Rome during artichoke season, so we decided to order some and see how they’re cooked there. Spoiler alert: it was delicious, and just look at how beautifully it was presented (in my photo below). But I can’t give this place 5 stars because I can’t say the food was exceptional. Yes, it was tasty, but my seitan was too dry, and in my opinion, cats shouldn’t be kept in restaurants—it’s stressful for them after all.
