Fully plant-based tasting menu restaurant in Arnhem, awarded a Michelin Green Star in October 2025 and listed in the Michelin Guide. Chef Demian Parasmo leads a kitchen rooted in local Dutch ingredients and Mediterranean technique, with fermented flavours and playful textures at the centre of every plate — think oyster mushrooms fermented in shio koji, hazelnut cream, wild onion tops. Two tasting menus: 5-course (€72) and 7-course (€97), dinner Thursday–Sunday. Named best vegan restaurant in the Netherlands in 2021. Moving to a new space in the historic Presickhaeff Huys building on Kerkstraat in July 2026.
